Today was hard…I kept putting off my workout. I normally don’t like to exercise at night because I’m just worn out and want time to relax or read. But I made myself do it, and it gave me the opportunity to get caught up on my Dinner: Impossible DVRs. (WHY did they bring back Robert Irvine?)
I worked out a little over an hour on the treadmill then hobbled downstairs trying to mentally prepare myself for Jillian. I had big dreams of starting Level 3 today, but just couldn’t bring myself to push the down arrow. I wimped out and selected Level 1. And for some reason it seemed harder than Day One. Someone explain that to me…isn’t my endurance supposed to be getting better?
Only 14 days to go, then I am TAKING A DAY OFF.

I sickly like Robert Irvine - I think he is much better than the other guy (who I can picture in my mind, but can't remember his name)
I think that you probably were just tired - it happens. Hang in there!
My suggestion would be to take a day off from it if you still feel that way tomorrow. I have heard both Jillian and Bob (from Biggest Loser),as well as other trainers, stress the importance of a day off for your muscles to repair themselves after a hard workout. I am sure your endurance is getting better, your muscles are probably just fatigued and need a a day or so to rest.
Also on days when I am tired for whatever reason, I find I have to push to finish a workout. Saturdays and Mondays are the easiest days for my workouts because on most Saturdays I have slept a little later and on Mondays my body is rested from no workouts on Sunday.
