30-Day Shred – Day Twelve

I set my alarm early this morning to get in my workout before church.  I don’t particularly enjoy exercising first thing in the morning…my normal routine is to wait a couple of hours just to get myself in gear (translation:  caffeine).  But, we ate lunch with some friends after church, and I have an afternoon music rehearsal, and I know myself well enough that I won’t do it when I get home at the end of the day!

Hence, the alarm set for 6:30 in the morning.  Oh, it was NOT fun.  But I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and Level 1 of The Shred.  I just couldn’t bring myself to attempt Level 2 that early in the morning!
