Well, I didn’t reach any milestones this week. I can be thankful that despite my lack of exercise, over-tasting of baked goods, and neglect of keeping my food journal, I didn’t gain any weight since last Monday.
I even skipped breakfast a couple of times, which led to ravenous hunger, which led to poorer choices. Oh, well. Thankfully, today is a new day with new opportunities to mess up. Ha!
But seriously, I’m getting back on track this week and being a good girl. Hopefully I’ll have better news to report next Monday!

Be a good girl, Joanna. I had a hard week, too, actually: two banquets and a birthday dinner. So, I am working overtime to correct also. It's like a part time job or hobby.
