No change this week on the scale. Nada. It’s so frustrating considering that I KILLED myself on the treadmill/Shred and ate mostly HMR foods during the week. I’ll just try to console myself with the possibility that I built more muscle mass…someone DID comment on my calf muscles as I was walking up the stairs to the choir loft yesterday!
I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing and see if I get a payoff next Monday!

You're looking great. The scale will not always show a loss, but doing the right things will always count. I'm proud of the great work you have done and are doing.
